Anonymous asked: Do all lolita dresses/jumpers have poofy skirts? Or is that an additional accessory that you buy with the dress?

Some dresses come with a built-in petticoat that makes them kindof poofy, but in almost all cases you need an extra petticoat underneath to add some adequately cute poof! I bought my petticoats locally in vintage shops, mostly.. but you can also buy petticoats online.
