Absolutely! My favourite place to buy lolita clothing is the egl_comm_sales on livejournal. You can find all sorts of lolita (more expensive brand items, or more affordable offbrand and replica items) in that single location, being sold by individuals all over the world. It’s fantastic.

You can buy directly from companies also, but I just prefer getting my clothing secondhand. Let me know your price range, and I can recommend more specific locations.
